MANUFACTURE

The Stratus Manufacturing Division supports our internal operations by producing small-batch, purpose-built hardware for specialized drone applications. Our focus is not mass production, but precision manufacturing that enables rapid development of custom components and systems for client-specific missions.

We use CNC machining, 3D printing, and limited-run fabrication to create airframes, brackets, mounts, enclosures, and other custom parts. This capability allows our engineering and flight teams to prototype, test, and deploy new hardware solutions without relying on external vendors or long lead times.

Our manufacturing process integrates directly with our Design Services team. CAD models are transferred into production for machining or printing, and every component is verified for fit, strength, and weight. We also produce custom electrical assemblies and harnesses, supporting unique configurations required by our drones and ground systems.

This in-house manufacturing system gives Stratus the flexibility to adapt quickly, solve client problems efficiently, and maintain tight control over the quality and reliability of the equipment we deploy.
